A Grimsby woman has been banned from causing alarm, harassment or distress to anyone in England and Wales. Lisa Lovatt, 29, of Corporation Street, was given the nationwide Anti-social behaviour order (Asbo) after making her neighbours' lives a misery.
Grimsby magistrates' court heard that she played music loud enough to shake a nearby house and threatened staff at her children's school.
Lovatt faces arrest if she breaks the conditions of the two-year Asbo.
Teenage threats
The court was told that Lovatt was given an official police warning on her first night in Grimsby after moving from Derbyshire.
But she went on to annoy her neighbours, with one forced to sleep in his car on several occasions to escape the noise.
Lovatt, who was already the subject of an Asbo in Derbyshire, was also abusive to the head teacher at her children's' school, the court heard.
It was claimed she used two teenage boys to threaten both staff and pupils at the school.
The order bans Lovatt from engaging in behaviour that causes harass, alarm or distress to other persons - or incite others to do so.
She is also not allowed to enter school premises without permission from the head teacher.
