A former seaside toilet block that sold for �37,000 18 months ago is back on the market. The building is 50 yards from Charmouth beach, Dorset, and was sold in August 2002 with planning permission for conversion to a beach chalet. But no work was carried out and the property is now for sale again - at just �25,000. The structure, five metres by four metres, comes complete with a near 20 square metre patio.
