Water levels in the street were higher than last January |
Fire crews and council workers were called to homes in the Lydney area of Gloucestershire on Thursday after flash floods hit the area. Water levels were higher than in January when floods also hit 10 houses. On Thursday some 15 homes were affected in three different locations. Two fire crews attended and a resident of Lakeside Avenue said it had been a problem since the homes were built. The water has since drained away but more rain was forecast for Friday.
