More than �250,000 has been raised by businesses for the flood relief fund launched by the mayors of Tewkesbury and Gloucester. Contributions from the public have not been included in this figure.
Launching the fund last Friday, Gloucester's mayor Harjit Gill said the county had faced the worst peacetime crisis in the UK in living memory.
Cash or cheques can be paid into any UK branch of HSBC but must be made out to the Gloucestershire Flood Relief Fund.
