A �4m purpose-built health studies centre at a Devon college will be opened by the Princess Royal on Friday. The Peninsula Allied Health Centre is a collaboration between Marjon College, Plymouth and Exeter universities and the local NHS Workforce Confederation.
The new centre of excellence at Marjon will train 1,000 students in a range of therapies, including speech therapy, podiatry and physiotherapy.
Princess Anne will tour the building, as well as meet staff and students.
