The bare facts are the house comes with a nudist camp
A nudist camp in Devon, which is thought to be one of the oldest in the country, is going under the hammer.

The camp in Beaworthy, north Devon is being sold at auction with a rambling Victorian house.

Nine-bedroom Metherell Towers is being sold alongside the camp which is based on the home's land.

The camp was set up in 1936 by journalist, writer and photographer Edward Hemingway, a cousin of American writer Ernest Hemingway.

Discreetly positioned

The property is being sold in four separate lots with the main house being sold with a guide price of �250,000.

The nine-acre nudist camp, which has permission for 110 static caravans, has a guide price of �150,000.

An orchard and outbuildings are also being sold separately.

Metherell Towers and the camp will be auctioned on Tuesday in Launceston by estate agents Stags.
