Teenager gives himself up
An 18-year-old man has given himself up to police over an incident in which a man was shot in the head with a high-powered air rifle in Devon.

An 18-year-old man was treated for head injuries after the incident on Monday afternoon on the Wallsend Industrial Estate in Cattedown in Plymouth.

The man who gave himself up has been arrested and is in police custody.

A 17-year-old boy was arrested earlier and has been released on bail until 12 December.

The 18-year-old victim was taken to Derriford Hospital for treatment.
