Fifth man charged in Rams probe
A fifth man has been charged in relation to an ongoing fraud inquiry at Derby County.

David Lowe, 57, has been charged with conspiracy to conceal criminal property and money laundering.

Earlier this month, businessman Mark Waters, 47, was charged with false accounting and conspiracy to conceal criminal property.

The alleged financial irregularities relate to the takeover of Derby County Football Club in October 2003.

The Rams' finance director Andrew Mackenzie, former chief executive Jeremy Keith and former director of football Murdo Mackay will appear in court later this month.
