Ex-Rams chief faces fraud charge
The former chief executive of Derby County, Jeremy Keith, has been charged following an inquiry into alleged financial irregularities.

The 43-year-old is accused of conspiracy to defraud and conceal criminal property.

The charges relate to an on-going police investigation into the takeover of the club in October 2003.

The club's former finance director Andrew Mackenzie, 53, was charged with similar offences last week.

The allegations are not connected to the current board, Derbyshire Police said.

Both men are scheduled to reappear in Derby Magistrates Court on 27 November.
