| People driving mini motorbikes around Derby illegally on public land are being warned they could be seized. Officers covering Osmaston, Allenton and Shelton Lock have already issued over 30 warnings and seized two bikes. Police said the bikes are designed to be driven off road and unless they are used on private land, they must be registered with the DVLA and taxed. If used irresponsibly, the bikes can be dangerous and a nuisance to those living nearby, officers have warned.
