Tania Moore was found dead in her VW Polo |
A man who denies conspiring to rob the Derbyshire riding instructor Tania Moore has told a jury he warned police she was about to be attacked. Jason Bloor, 32, of Kendrick Street, Longton, Stoke, told Nottingham Crown Court he was a registered Staffordshire Police informant, codenamed Bon Jovi.
Nine months after the warning to police Ms Moore, 26, was run off the road and shot near her home at Alkmonton.
Her former fiance Mark Dyche, 31, from Marston Montgomery, denies murder.
Mr Bloor said he had warned detectives about a group of men's plans to rob and injure an un-named woman.
A few days later in June 2003 Miss Moore was attacked and robbed for a watch and phone.
And nine months later, in March 2004, she was shot and killed.
Mr Dyche is expected to give evidence later this week
