A man who allegedly shot dead his ex-fianc�e asked an associate to run her off the road and kill her months before her murder, a court has heard. Mark Dyche, 36, previously arranged for Tania Moore to be robbed at her Derbyshire home, jurors were told.
Craig Stonier told Nottingham Crown Court Mr Dyche had asked him to kill Miss Moore before she was shot dead.
Mr Dyche, of Marston Montgomery, Derbys, denies murder and conspiracy to rob his former girlfriend.
Stonier, 41, of Bartholomew Road, Meir, Stoke-on-Trent, said: "He wanted Tania Moore running off the road, shooting, he wanted her dead."

"He wanted to do it on a particular road. I can't remember exactly but I think it was not far from where she lived."
He added that during a second meeting a few months later, Mr Dyche again said he wanted to kill Miss Moore, 26, and said he had two cars ready for the job.
Stonier said he heard about the murder of Miss Moore, 26, several weeks after her death and he immediately called Crimestoppers.
Along with John Booth, 23, and a 17-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, Stonier has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to rob Miss Moore between February and June 2003.
In March 2004, she was discovered shot through the face in her car less than a mile from her home after she was followed and run off the road.
Mr Dyche, of Thurvaston Road, denies murder and conspiracy to rob his former girlfriend.
A second defendant in the trial at Nottingham Crown Court, Jason Bloor, 32, of Kendrick Street, Longton, Stoke, denies one count of conspiracy to rob.
