Council set to evict travellers
Legal action is due to be taken after a group of travellers moved onto a school football pitch in north Warwickshire.

Around 20 caravans have moved onto the grounds of Manor Park Community School in Stockingford in Nuneaton.

Warwickshire County Council says they are trespassing and will make efforts to ensure their eviction.

Bill Laws, editor of the magazine Travellers Times, says the biggest problem facing travellers is not having anywhere to live.

A number of families, who were evicted last month from land in nearby Bulkington after losing a three year legal fight, have moved back there.
