RNLI lifeguards return to action
Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI) lifeguards will be back in action on 13 beaches in the south-west of England over the Easter weekend.

They will be covering Porthtowan, Perranporth, North Fistral, Towan, Watergate Bay, Treyarnon, Harlyn, Polzeath, Widemouth and Summerleaze.

The lifeguards will be on duty from 1000 BST until 1800 BST over the next four days.

Last year, lifeguards helped more than 10,000 people.
