A new visitor centre is opening its doors in the Cornish village of Boscastle over the weekend. The original centre opened in May 1994 but was destroyed in the floods of August 2004.
The new visitor centre has not been built on the site of the old one but has been moved to the heart of the village.
The new centre cost about �70,000 to equip, the cost was met with help from European Union funding.
It is anticipated it will receive about 130,000 visitors each year.
Funding has been given by the EU's Objective One scheme which aims to improve social and economic conditions.
