Cornwall Partnership NHS Trust has admitted some of its services are struggling under financial pressures. The trust is currently facing a deficit of 111,000.
It says its drugs and learning disabilities budgets are particularly affected by the debt but an action plan for improvement has been drawn up.
The trust is holding a public board meeting to discuss the improvements which are required by the Healthcare Commission.
It admits there are still financial pressures being experienced by the Community Drugs Team and the Learning Disabilities Treatment services.
An action plan for improvement has been drawn up and the Community Mental Health teams and Drug and Alcohol Services have been made priorities for attention.
The Trust's finance director said it was in a similar position this time last year and still broke even.
