County still struggling on roads
Motorists in Cornwall were again urged to take care on the county's roads as rain and freezing temperatures brought ice to many roads.

Police are warning drivers to keep speeds down and to consider whether their journey is really necessary.

There were a number of accidents on Sunday - the worst closed the A38 between Doublebois and Lanhydrock.

A lorry leaked diesel after one crash while a fuel tanker became stuck on the icy road surface.

More than 500 people were forced to spend Friday evening in temporary accommodation after they became stranded on the A30.

The vehicles have now been cleared.
