Lansdown confirms stadium plans

Plans for Bristol City's proposed new stadium have gone on public display at the club's Ashton Gate base.

The club will submit a formal planning application for the 42-acre site early next year.

Members of the public are also being asked for their opinions on the scheme in Ashton Vale.

A spokesman for the club said: "The exhibitions will give residents the opportunity to discuss the development of the site."
