Rolls-Royce staff return to work
Jerry Hicks
Jerry Hicks was dismissed from his job by managers
Up to 400 Rolls-Royce workers have returned to work after a protest that centred around the sacking of an Amicus union official.

Jerry Hicks was dismissed by managers at the plant in Bristol over two allegations of misconduct.

Staff have voted unanimously to hold a ballot over further industrial action.

Union convenors from other Rolls-Royce plants around Britain believe the action taken in Bristol could escalate across the country.
