They add: "It would be suitable for redevelopment, subject to consents."

Anna Maggs, of the company, said the property was attracting lots of interest.

She said: "We have been quite shocked with the amount of enquires we have had so far."

The company are auctioning the building for Bristol City Council after it became "surplus to requirements".

The estate agents have given the toilet a guide price of �25,000 but it is thought the final price could be much higher.
