Flood warnings remain in place on several rivers across the West Country after the weekend's bad weather. The Environment Agency urged people to sign up to its automatic flood alert service, which sends messages to phones warning about possible flooding.
Some roads remain flooded and drains are being cleared to better allow flood water to dissipate.
About 200 houses were still without power on Sunday after snowfall brought down powerlines in the Stroud area.
At the peak of the problem, more than 6,000 homes were cut off. Central Networks has apologised.
The River Severn was expected to peak on Sunday between Tewkesbury and Gloucester and a severe warning has been issued for Lydney in Gloucestershire, where some homes have already flooded.
