A Milton Keynes woman has set up a successful business - with the help of her pets.

Photographer Karen Parker runs an online gift company selling ferret-themed goods such as jewellery, t-shirts and cufflinks to ferret fans across the world.

Ms Parker said: "I export a lot of greetings cards and calendars to America - I think the Americans love the British sense of humour."

The stars of her work are her own pet ferrets Bingo and Bongo.

"They're very intelligent, they're very clean, they're loads of fun.

"They'll run after a ball, they'll chase - they'll also steal things.

"They're just a fantastic pet."
