Sarah Campbell, from Hampton, near Malpas, Cheshire, died in hospital in Manchester on Saturday after falling ill at Styal Women's Prison in Cheshire. The Prison Service said the 18-year-old had complained of feeling unwell after apparently taking tablets. She died three hours after arriving at hospital. The Prison Service has launched an internal inquiry and the coroner has been informed. Died of fright Campbell was jailed at Mold Crown Court on Friday after being convicted of the manslaughter of ex-serviceman Amrit Bhandari. Mr Bhandari suffered a heart attack and died after Campbell and another woman, Kim Woolley, 31, from Fazakerley in Liverpool, accosted him in Chester city centre. The court heard Mr Bhandari died of fright after Woolley accused him of rape. Woolley was jailed for four-and-a-half years for her part in the incident. | See also: 17 Jan 03 | Wales Top England stories now: Links to more England stories are at the foot of the page. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
