| | Wednesday, 8 January, 2003, 15:05 GMT Gang ambush taxi driver  Police are appealing for witnesses Police in Hull are hunting a gang who ambushed and robbed a taxi driver. The driver was threatened with a screwdriver on Tuesday after his taxi was rammed in Massey Close with a stolen car. Two male passengers in the taxi then demanded the driver's takings and made off in the stolen Vauxhall Cavalier with a third man. The attack happened shortly after 2200 GMT and the pale blue stolen car was later found abandoned between Coltman Street and Selby Street.
