| Thursday, 19 December, 2002, 20:44 GMT Pants to charity ![]() It is not known if Wallace and Gromit have contributed A charity in Bristol is collecting signed underpants from the rich and famous to raise money for its cause. To date, Bristol Cancer Health Centre has over 60 personalised pairs and plans to auction them off in the new year. Victoria Beckham, Gareth Gates and Graham Norton have already contributed, as has Bristol man Nick Park. A celebrity launch will kick off proceedings on 14 January in London, and bidding will run until the end of February. Stardrawers Clare Benjamin, spokesperson for the charity, said, "It is a great chance to get up close and personal with one of your favourite stars. "There has been an incredibly generous response from celebrities personalising underpants donated by our sponsor." Bristolians will get a chance to bid for 'Stardrawers' at a Valentine's fundraising ball in February.
