Student: 'I'm just so relieved'

Helen, a student at a sixth-form college in Durham, found out that she had got A, B, and C grades in her A-Levels, instead of the A, B, B grades that she needed to take up her place on a vocational law course at Northumbria University.

She spent half an hour on the phone to the university admissions tutor, waiting to hear whether she could still join the course.
