Foreign secretary gives advice to travellers

Foreign Secretary David Miliband has encouraged British travellers outside Europe to use Madrid as a "hub" and those already on mainland Europe to head to the northern ports of France.

Some domestic UK flights have taken off after five days of disruption but a second volcanic ash cloud from Iceland has hit plans to reopen airspace.
