'We were not warned of floods'

A shopkeeper in Cumbria has said he was given no warning before water swept through Cockermouth, flooding many businesses including his own.

Phil Radcliffe, who owns a sweet shop in the town centre, also said he was "disappointed" that he had still not been allowed to return to his property.
