Gordon Brown visits flood-hit Cumbria to see damage

Gordon Brown has visited flood-hit Cumbria to see the damage caused by the heavy rains and meet local people.

Mr Brown pledged an extra £1m to help affected areas, as hundreds of people spent a second night away from home.
