The BBC's Jon Sopel reports from the Helmand province in the British base, Camp Bastion, on how the deaths of UK soldiers has affected the training of Afghan security forces.

Five soldiers were recently shot dead at a national police checkpoint in the Nad Ali district of Helmand Province by a "rogue" Afghan policeman.
