A man who claims he was unfairly dismissed for his job because he believes in climate change has won the right to sue one of the UK's largest property companies.
Tim Nicholson, 42, who was head of sustainability for Grainger Plc in Didcot, wants to have his environmental views recognised under laws protecting people's religious beliefs.
