Eco-employee wins bid to appeal

An environmental campaigner who claims he lost his job because of his green views has won the right to take his former bosses to an employment tribunal.

Tim Nicholson from Oxford says his opinions were so strong they led to clashes with colleagues at Grainger plc - one of the country's biggest property companies.
