Robinson: 'Talks making progress'

The DUP's Peter Robinson has said that talks over devolving Northern Ireland's policing and justice powers are "making progress"

Mr Robinson and Sinn Fein's Martin McGuinness had been holding talks at Downing Street about how the transfer of powers from Westminster to Stormont will be financed and when it will happen.
