McGuinness 'pleased' with talks

Sinn Fein's Martin McGuinness has said that talks over devolving Northern Ireland's policing and justice powers have made progress.

Mr McGuinness and the DUP's Peter Robinson had been holding talks at Downing Street about how the transfer of powers from Westminster to Stormont will be financed and when it will happen.
