The Lockerbie bomber has been freed from jail on compassionate grounds and allowed to go home to die.
Abdelbaset Ali al-Megrahi, 57, boarded at Glasgow airport bound for Libya after being driven from Greenock Prison.
Megrahi, who has terminal cancer, has served eight years of a life sentence for killing 270 people on Pan Am flight 103 over Lockerbie in 1988.
