UK Afghan toll passes 200

The number of UK personnel killed in Afghanistan since operations began in 2001 has risen to 204.

The deaths come as Afghanistan prepares to host presidential elections on Thursday which are being seen as a marker of the country's progress, as John Simpson reports from Kabul.
