Ofsted inspector on Haringey Council

An independent inspectors' report into the Baby P case has led to three people at Haringey Council losing their jobs.

One of the organisations involved in the review was Ofsted.

Its chief inspector Christine Gilbert said leadership was flawed and professionals working on the same case were not communicating.
