An independent report has found serious failings in Haringey Council's handling of the case of Baby P.

Children's Secretary Ed Balls, Shadow Children's Secretary Michael Gove, Ofsted inspector Christine Gilbert, and Haringey Council Leader George Meehan give their reaction.
