Princess Diana and Dodi Al Fayed died when their car crashed in 1997 |
The next preliminary hearing for the inquest into the death of Diana, Princess of Wales, will take place on Monday, 5 March. Baroness Butler-Sloss will hold the hearing at the High Court in London.
As part of the proceedings, a 3D computer model of the crash site, created for the Metropolitan Police investigation, will be shown.
Lady Butler-Sloss will also decide on the scope of the inquests and choose which of the witnesses will be called.
'No evidence'
The princess, Dodi Al Fayed, and driver Henri Paul died when their Mercedes crashed in the Pont de l'Alma tunnel on 31 August 1997.
They were being pursued by photographers after leaving the Ritz Hotel for Mr Al Fayed's apartment.
A three-year investigation by former Metropolitan Police chief Lord Stevens found no evidence of a conspiracy to murder the couple.
At an earlier hearing Lady Butler-Sloss ruled that the inquest will be conducted without a jury, a move fiercely criticised by Dodi's father Mohammed Al Fayed.
The police inquiry was requested by royal coroner Michael Burgess when the inquests were opened and adjourned in January 2004.
