Sophie Raworth has auctioned her stunning designer frock

Some of the best known names in TV News have joined forces this year to raise money for Children in Need.

Huw Edwards, Sophie Raworth, Anna Ford and Dermot Murnaghan are among those who are giving up their time - and even some of their treasured possessions - to raise money for this year's appeal.

    Our phone competition has now closed. It raised just over �7,000 for Children in Need.

    Friday 14 November

    Colin Bull of Chandler's Ford, Hampshire, wins breakfast with Declan Curry.

    Maggie Judkins of Stockport wins the weather presented from her town.

    Runners-up (met office umbrellas): Sandra Howard, Marion Wilson, Janet Savage, Caroline Padget and Chrissy Mc Dougal.

    Saturday 15 November

    Jackie Williams of Newbury wins the chance to learn how to be a presenter (off-air) with News 24

    Runners-up (Breakfast mugs): Mary White, Christopher Holmes, Mary Walker, Robin Whitmore, Ashley Thompson, Ashley Davies, Alistair Beament, Florence Roberts, Maggie Reader, Kate Walsh

    Sunday 16 November

    Suellen McFarlane wins a visit behind the scenes at BBC News, followed by breakfast in the BBC canteen.

    Runners up each win a briefcase: Kenneth Rix, Maureen Way, Jane Hutchinson, Deborah Walker and Laurance Racke

    Monday 17 November

    Fiona Close-Thomas wins a look behind the scenes at the Six O'clock news where she will meet the presenters.

    Five runners up each win a BBC Breakfast umbrella: Louise Pickford, Raymond Winborne, Pam Laman, Michael Ryland, Margaret Pearson.

    Tuesday 18 November

    Jenny Bailey from Reading wins a visit behind the scenes to the One O'clock News.

    Linda Hopewell from Park Gate, near Southampton, gets a trip to a BBC News Outside Broadcast.

    Runners-up each win a Breakfast umbrella: Trevor Collenette, Lulu Curtis, Nichola Broe, Pamela Curtis, Ann Wilkinson.

    Wednesday 19 November

    Today's winner will be the guest of Huw Edwards and the Ten O'clock news team and is: Steve McHugh

    A second winner will go on a VIP showbiz event with BBC Three's Liquid News Team and is: Harriet Officer

    Runners up each win a BBC News briefcase: John Simmons, Granville Phillips, David Alexander, Jeff Hopkins and Denise Dilworth

    Winner - wins the chance to see behind the scenes at Breakfast, meet the presenters and have breakfast in the BBC canteen, with travel and accommodation for 2.

    Thursday 20 November

    A visit to Breakfast TV, followed by Breakfast with Dermot Murnaghan and Natasha Kaplinsky - has been won by Jean Wagstaff of Grotton, near Oldham
