'Smoke was blocking out the sun'

Major wildfires north-east of the Greek capital Athens are burning out of control, officials are saying.

Charles Magee told the BBC News website: "I was having breakfast on the roof of a youth hostel near the Acropolis, and noticed how the smoke was clouding over the Athens sky."
