Pakistan police offices attacked

Suspected militants have attacked police offices in the eastern Pakistani city of Lahore, with a number of people reported to have been killed.

The gunmen targeted a Federal Investigation Agency building, with reports that two police academies were also under attack.

Meanwhile, in the north-western town of Kohat, a suicide bomber rammed his car into a police station, killing eight.
