Taliban's view of Afghan polls

The Taliban is one of the key issues in the Afghan elections, with all the candidates saying they will open talks with the group.

But that will not help if the Taliban themselves are reluctant to co-operate or remain set on disrupting proceedings.

Lyse Doucet spoke to the former Taliban foreign minister Wakil Ahmad Mutwakil, asking first if he agreed with their boycott of the election.
