China battles obesity in growing economy

In China, waistlines have been growing along with the economy. A generation ago, hardly anyone in China was overweight, but now nearly one in three adults is considered too heavy or obese. Illnesses have exploded as a result and nearly 100 million are thought to be diabetic.

The BBC's Michael Bristow reports from the city of Tianjin on the growing problem.
