Media giants AOL and Time Warner are finally parting ways after a decade of uneasy partnership.

Matt Frei spoke to Kara Swisher, co-founder of 'AllThingsDigital', a technology and media blog owned by Dow Jones, and author of two books on the AOL Time Warner union.
