LibDem Treasury spokesman Vince Cable dismissed speculation he could replace Alistair Darling in a pact with Labour. Former Tory leader Michael Howard gets fired up as he takes the Daily Telegraph's political editor Andrew Porter to task over coverage of his expenses.
