Cable: 'I won't replace Darling'

LibDem Treasury spokesman Vince Cable dismissed speculation he could replace Alistair Darling in a pact with Labour.

He told the Daily Politics' Andrew Neil: "Ten years ago, that kind of thing could have been possible."
