The special youth programme is being made with the help of eight sixth form students who won this year's Schools Question Time challenge.
They will help select the panellist following auditions in the Question Time format, to be held the day before the programme.
The shortlist of five young people who will take part in the auditions will be announced here on Monday, following a public vote on the Question Time website.
Entry to the panel competition was open to anyone aged 16-22 who could apply by submitting a one minute video clip explaining why they should be given the chance.

Results of the vote will be taken into account but programme makers reserve the right to make the final decisions.
Schools Question Time will be broadcast on Thursday, 5 July, 2007 at 2235 BST on BBC One.
