Radio presenter Julia Hartley-Brewer says she hopes to see the World Cup hosted in England in her lifetime - even if means having to pay bribes to get it.

She was commenting on the re-election of Sepp Blatter as president of Fifa, amid a row over corruption allegations and efforts by the English FA to delay the election.
