Hello again ...
It looks like a milliner's shop such is the number of hats that are being tossed into the ring by Labour deputy leadership wannabes.
And this week another was unveiled with all the gusto of a seven-foot-tall Thatcher bronze.
Yes, Hazel Blears the party chair, formally declared on Saturday, and she gave me her first broadcast interview on the Politics Show today.
And that was not all in this week's programme...
Equalities Review
On Wednesday, the Equalities Review will be published, and it's likely to make some waves.
Trevor Phillips heads the Equalities Review |
The review was commissioned by the Prime Minister to look at areas of inequality which are not related to money... I sub of course, but who wants the word socio-economic in their inbox?
Max Cotton asked... What is equality today?
Do we need a state body to monitor such things?
What, if anything, should we do about inequality? Is this review asking the right questions?
It's fascinating stuff, and we'd love to hear your views on the subject- email us here.

I talked live to the head of the review, Trevor Phillips.
Overcrowded homes
When is overcrowding not overcrowding?
It's hard to believe, but the government standard on overcrowded homes was created in 1935, and hasn't changed since.
Everyone, including the government, thinks it's time to change all that- but that could mean a massive rise in the number of people who are officially overcrowded.
So what happens next? Karl Mercer was with an over crowded family in Slough.
